Hear from a few of my clients

Linda Arrey Nkwenti served as plenary panelist on the main stage and separately spoke on a breakout panel at the 2019 Millennial Summit, which is one of the largest young professional focused leadership and professional development conferences in the country. The plenary panel, which featured four local and national leaders (all women), was called "Spur Impact: How We Can Create Purposeful Impact Locally and Beyond," and Linda shared her experiences as a woman in leadership in both the nonprofit and military setting. The breakout panel featured four successful entrepreneurs and was called "Entrepreneurship 101: I Have an Idea - Now What?" During this conversation, Linda added her perspective as well as offered tangible takeaways for the aspiring entrepreneurs in the audience. As a panelist, Linda was reviewed as "very influential" and "inspiring" among our survey feedback; others called her passionate and informative. We are glad Linda was able to join us at the #MILLSUMMIT, and hope to have her back next year! In fact, because of her performance at our conference, I invited her to join me onstage as a panelist to discuss strategies for recruitment and retention of young professionals at a county-wide economic development conference held the following month. She's got great ideas and a lot of wisdom to impart on an audience of any kind.

Linda Arrey recently came to speak at Delaware County Community College. She was a panelist for the America in Crisis: Is There a War on Women? symposium. Ms. Arrey was phenomenal, and we cannot wait to have her back. She was insightful and inspiring to our students. She also took the time after the symposium to speak with students personally. We cannot sing her praises enough. As a panelist, Linda was reviewed as "very influential" and "inspiring" among our survey feedback; others called her passionate and informative. Linda Arrey presented her topic “Future of Women’s Culture” during the Higher Level Leadership in alignment with the theme of the conference: “Building a Leadership Culture.” The Higher Level Leadership Conference is designed to develop mentorship connections, advocate for diversity, and introduce perspectives of under represented military demographics. Captain Arrey, was asked to follow a Women’s Focus Panel led by Lieutenant General Stacy Harris and provide direction for women’s future in the Air Force. As the creator of this conference I must say Capt Arrey exceeded expectations! Her presentation elaborated on weaknesses in diversity for women in the workplace, cognitive oversights in the male community, and ways to increase overall awareness and cohesion of various demographics in order to reach maximum production and career satisfaction. Her personal insight and life examples were relayed in a way that connected Air Force members from the rank of General Officers all the way down to cadets with aspirations of commissioning. Our online surveys requested feedback from attendees which specifically praised Captain Arrey with comments such as “excellent presentation” and “must return next year.” Linda did a phenomenal job and I would recommend her services to all seeking motivational and informative speakers.
